No results from whey protein?

Thought I'd share this info - Please do not mix milk with whey protein + do not include fats in your diet post workout. Milk will slow down the digestive process of whey, which depletes the whole purpose of whey. This could be one of the main reasons you may not be seeing any improvement. Fat slows it down even further. Whey is made to get digested fast and quickly. Slowing it down does not make sense.

On it's usage: A few customers complained of the powder not mixing well, gets stuck to the bottom of the shaker. Simple solution is to add the protein powder in a shaker of 200 - 250ml water. Do not add water over protein powder. This will solve the problem.
