Be careful when lifting HEAVY!!

This guy was lucky to have survived. Not all are always lucky and so, PLEASE do not risk yourself by trying to lift heavier than you can. In a situation where you HAVE to, ensure you have an experienced helper to provide you with required support when needed.

How to check ones strength?

Each exercise has it's own threshold person to person. So, remember, a particular form of exercise with a weight you can do only ONE rep is your strength. Example: Strength can be different for flat bench press when compared to barbell curls. These are two different muscles and its similar to all muscles we train for.
